All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment or breach of these terms.
Due to the time-based and digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced, documents have been prepared, or resources accessed/downloaded.
If a refund is requested prior to any service being provided, it may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis. SAS Support makes no guarantee of outcome in any matter. Results may vary depending on third-party responses, facts provided, and external factors beyond our control.
